We gather as shipmates for a special dinner.  Meal choices are:

• Sirloin Steak - medium well
• Chicken Coq Au Vin
• Blackened Gulf Fish with Cajun Creole Sauce

Meal includes Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus with Lemon Dill Hollandaise, Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, Arugula Salad w/Tomato, Cucumber & Red Onion served with Creole Mustard Vinaigrette.  Dessert is Chocolate Mouse Cake.  Dinner includes fresh rolls, butter, water, coffee, and tea.
